A Gentle 5-Minute Total-Body Workout You Can Do Every Day

1. Warm-up: Start by doing a quick cardio warm-up, such as jumping jacks or high knees, for 1-2 minutes.

2. Bodyweight squats: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms stretched out in front of you. Slowly lower your body as if you were sitting back in a chair, keeping your back straight and your knees behind your toes. Push back up to the starting position. Do 10-15 reps.

3. Push-ups: Get into a plank position with your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground, then push back up to the starting position. Do 10-15 reps.

4. Plank: Hold a plank position with your forearms on the ground and your body in a straight line. Hold for 30-60 seconds.

5. Cool-down: Finish with a quick cool-down, such as stretching or walking in place, for 1-2 minutes.

Remember to breathe deeply and focus on proper form throughout the workout. You can gradually increase the number of reps and duration of each exercise as you become stronger.
